About the hotel
Located right in the commercial and cultural heart of Palma de Mallorca, the hotel is just a short distance from Paseo Maritimo, the city’s seafront promenade.
The hotel was originally built in 1961 and remains full of character, with many of its original features preserved. Inside, the hotel offers modern comforts and was totally renovated in 1992. The comfortable, modern accommodation was again renovated in 2007.
Reception is open 24-hours a day and the hotel has lifts, a TV room and a cafe on the second floor. Air conditioned and heated conference rooms are also available, with capacities ranging from 24 to 57. The hotel offers wireless internet access and storage for bicycles is also available.
The superb, central location makes the hotel a great base for exploring Palma De Mallorca and all it has to offer.

Directions
By Air:
The hotel is approximately 8 km from Palma de Mallorca’s Son Sant Joan Airport and taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. A taxi from the airport to the hotel should take about 15 minutes. Alternatively, take the number 1 bus to Paseo Mallorca, which is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
By Car (from Palma de Mallorca’s Son Sant Joan Airport):
- Take the motorway to Palma and stay on it until you cross in front of the cathedral.
- Then take Avenida de Antonio Maura (the turning after the cathedral).
- At the end of Avenida de Antonio Maura, you will be in Avenida de Jaime III - turn left. The hotel is situated on Avenida de Jaime III.
By Bus (from the port):
Take the number 1 bus to Paseo Mallorca, which is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the port, the journey should take about 10 minutes
